The E5420-P carbon block includes polyphosphate which inhibits scale build-up on water-using appliances. This filter also reduces chlorine, taste, odor, sediment particles up to 1 micron and cysts.

This is compatible with Everpure OW2-Plus (EV963406) and OCS (EV961807) filters.
