The Q-Series filter, manufactured by Omnipure, is an easy-to-install replacement cartridge that twists right into a permanent head. The Q5640 GAC filter uses granular activated carbon to reduce chlorine, taste and odor making it ideal for pre- or post RO filtration. The Q5640 filter is interchangeable with the following filters: Q5636, Q5628 and Q5633.
