The 15-1110A is a replacement quartz sleeve for the Atlantic Ultraviolet Santitron MP13A and MP13 UV systems as well as generic replacement for other UV systems. The quartz sleeve keeps the UV lamp from shorting out and maintains the lamp's ideal operating temperature of 104 Degrees Fahrenheit. Mineral build-up hinders the lamp's effectiveness.
