The 05-0616 is a 2 pin single ended base with 4 wings (B2) lamp that is 62 inches long (1567mm). The lamp operates at 130 Watts with a quartz outside diameter of 15mm. It is extremely important to replace this lamp every 12 months to maintain proper system efficacy, especially because of the combination lamp and sleeve.
