The Atlantic Ultraviolet 05-4259 UV replacement lamp is a 19306 replacement bulb for the Aquafine DW-5 UV system and as generic replacement lamp for other UV systems. The 05-4259 is a 2 pin single ended base with 4 wings (B2) lamp that is 14.6 inches long (370mm). The lamp operates at 16 Watts with a quartz outside diameter of 15mm. It is extremely important to replace this lamp every 12 months to maintain proper system efficacy, especially because of the combination lamp and sleeve.
